The Controller of Personal Data is BC CONSULTING - Bożena Chudzyńska located in Sopot ul. Łowicka 1A, 81-813 (hereinafter referred to as: "BC CONSULTING" ). Personal Data will be processed for purposes such as making a stay reservation, renting an apartment, executing payments, giving feedback about the stay in the form proposed by the booking service and passing the business information by BC CONSULTING regarding BC CONSULTING promotional offers, in the electronic or telephonic form (depending on preferences), based on the consent, in Article 6, point 1 of Regulation, (EU) 2016/679 of the European parliament and of the council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). Personal Data can be shared with the employees or co-workers of the Company, as well as with the entities helping the Company by performing the commissioned services in line with the processing agreements. Each person has the right to access the content of their data, and rectify, delete, limit, move the processed data, raise objections regarding the data processed, and has the right to revoke the consent at any time without the impact on accordance with the right of processing, as well has the right to file a complaint to the European Commission Data Protection Officer if he recognizes that processing violates GDPR regulations. Giving the personal data is voluntary.
